Owners control workspace-wide settings. Admins manage teams and policy. Managers see their team's event summary without accessing individual-level data. Members see only their own activity. Every role boundary is enforced by the platform — not by policy documents.
Exceptions without policy sprawl.
A user can be granted a temporary exception — a senior partner accessing a restricted AI tool for a specific matter — without modifying team-wide policy. The exception has a defined scope and is automatically logged. When the exception expires, the user reverts to team policy without admin intervention.
